“Jeeves ERP gives us a modern and flexible standard system that meets all of our requirements in conjunction with Systemstöd’s industry vertical for building materials. It’s also an advantage that we can customize the solution to our requirements and continue refining it over time, which is important to us since we’re growing rapidly,” said Ekesiöö CFO Anders Ekesiöö.

Ekesiöö is a Stockholm-based building materials merchant with a head office in Bromma, Sweden. The company has around 40 employees and a turnover of around SEK 160 million. Ekesiöö has chosen a bundled product offering which includes a group license for Jeeves Universal and Systemstöd’s industry vertical for building products. The solution comprises accounting, purchasing, inventory, a point-of-sale system, decision support and document management, with 40 users.

“When we were setting out to look for a new ERP system solution, one of our basic requirements was that it had to facilitate business development, function as a bundled product offering which would open up new opportunities for us, and be customized to the special requirements of the building products industry. Jeeves’ and Tanico’s industry-specific solution meets all of our requirements, and gives us a tool to increase the efficiency and quality of our work,” said Peter Backlund, IT Director of Handelsgruppen Bygg och Järn.

Handelsgruppen Bygg och Järn’s home market is the Swedish province of Dalarna, where they have expanded through acquisitions in recent years. The company has 40 employees and about SEK 140 million in turnover. It has chosen a bundled product offering that comprises a group license for Jeeves Selected and Tanico’s industry vertical for building products. The solution comprises orders, inventory, accounting and a point-of-sale system, with 40 users.

“Jeeves’ building materials solution is a popular choice because it addresses specific challenges in the industry and helps remove obstacles to companies’ growth. This is possible thanks to Jeeves’ flexibility, which also enables companies to develop their systems further as their businesses evolve,” said Jeeves Sales Director, Lars Dahlberg.

The transactions have been recorded under Q1 2012.
